They other day I went to this great little restaurant that I frequent quite a bit, Fish. I went for lunch and AYCE Maryland crabs. They were delicious and as you can see, plentiful. Greg was kind enough to send me The Food Labs technique to making gyros. I'm obsessed, and am going to have to attempt these soon.
